Non-binding phase
After registration (see the Registration Form here) parties will receive a Confidentiality Agreement with GTS and GUD. Parties intending to request capacities in both the GTS-grid and the GUD-grid are invited to sign and return both Confidentiality Agreements. In case the intention is to request capacities in either one of grids, signing and returning of the Confidentiality Agreement with the respective TSO will suffice. After reception of the signed Confidentiality Agreement(s) GTS and GUD will put the Party on the long list as a Participant in this IOS.

Participants are invited to enter into one or two Letters of Intent (LoI's) to indicate their requested capacities. Also for the LoI's Parties intending to request capacities in both the GTS-grid and the GUD-grid are invited to fill in, sign and return both LoI's. In case the intention is to request capacities in either one of grids, signing and returning of the LoI with the respective TSO will suffice. Only parties that sign and send in a complete LoI in time will be put on the short list and will be able to enter into the binding phase. In the binding phase demand for transport in both grids by one Party will be processed as integrated request if related capacities are indicated.
