Presentation to visualise the draft Precedent Agreement (PA)
We have added a presentation to visualise conditions of the drafted Precedent Agreement (PA) for the Integrated Open Season (IOS), with regard to capacity requests by the customer (including options for the customer), and with regard to capacity allocation by the IOS Parties.
We hope this presentation is helpful for you as registered Shippers to evaluate the drafted PA, on which comments can be sent until 26 June 2009 via e-mail to:
