As of 27 April 2009 Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH (Gasunie Deutschland) and Gas Transport Services B.V. (GTS) have started the registration phase for Integrated Open Season (IOS), which has experienced a big response from the market. Due to this interest the registration phase will be extended until 8 June 2009, 18:00 h (CEST).At that time the completed Registration Forms as well as Confidentiality Agreements, which are published on IOS website (www.integratedopenseason.com), have to be sent to Gasunie Deutschland or GTS.
We would like to point out that registration is completely exempt from charges and no obligations for Shippers will derive from registration. For the further participation in the IOS process only registered Shippers are admitted.
As of 25 Mai 2009 the final Letters of Intent will be published on the IOS website. Shippers who have received a signed Confidentiality Agreement from Gasunie Deutschland and/or GTS, are kindly requested to sent signed Letters of Intend, including completed forms to Gasunie Deutschland or GTS.
Furthermore, as of 8 June 2009 the drafted version of a Precedent Agreement will be published on IOS-Website. The Precedent Agreement is a joint agreement by Gasunie Deutschland and GTS, so that Shippers, who are qualified for second phase of IOS, have to sign only one contract, even if they want to book capacities from both TSOs. Gasunie Deutschland and GTS kindly request all registered Shippers to comment on this draft and sent us their remarks via e-mail until 26 June 2009. Prior to the start of the binding phase of IOS (1. August 2009) Gasunie Deutschland and GTS will publish the final version of the Precedent Agreement on the IOS-Website.
